"Color the Night" is a movie that gives viewers insight into the creative mind of a character named "Narumi". The name Narumi means growing beauty or achieve truth. The story line surrounds Narumi's process as she readies herself to host a dinner date with "Gabe". We start at sundown when Narumi gives her to date an invitation. We follow her up until Gabe arrives at her apartment. During her preparation process, she takes a shower, picks out clothes, dresses, cleans up, and cooks dinner.
